If your application is successful, you’ll receive an approval email with the password needed to
purchase your ticket.
Please do not purchase a ticket without approval. If someone has cheekily shared the password with
you, tempting as that may be, it does not count as approval. Unauthorised ticket purchases will be
refunded, minus a $50 admin fee.
After You Have Applied:
Once submitted, your application will go into the queue for your chosen event and will be
reviewed as soon as possible. Applications can take up to 72 hours or more to be reviewed, and we
only review applications during our office hours.
Applications submitted close to an event may not be reviewed in time, and no applications
will be accepted within 4 hours of the event.
For events that have not yet gone on sale, applications will be reviewed once ticket sales have
opened.
If your application is accepted, your approval email will include the password to purchase
your ticket. Yay!
If your application is declined, please accept the decision and move on. We do not provide explanations for declined applications, and decisions are not open to negotiation.
Approval is only valid for the specific event you applied for. Male-Male couples must reapply
for each future event, even if they have previously been accepted.
